Good Overall Delight was created from my passion for delightful home cooking that will bless everybody with an mmmmmm in every bite.
I've been in the catering industry for over 40 years, including an experienced background in restaurants, catering teaching and owning and running my own businesses. I specialise in true authentic Jamaican cooking with an international twist, with love and passion. I cook for specialist requirements i.e. vegetarian, vegan, dine in, contract catering, buffets, functions (weddings, birthdays, parties)
